Cofetăriile Frișcot îndulcesc Iașul cu prăjituri minunate!

On June 7th 2012, the Panifcom Group of Iasi opened the first two locations of the Friscot chain. They are situated in Copou, str. Codrescu, nr.6, where the Friscot Laboratory is also situated, and in Dacia Neighborhood, no. 35, in Bicaz. Friscot – sweetshop and pastry shop – is a concept rejoining the features of a classic sweetshop with the elegance of a French patisserie, where one can find all the Panifcom bakery specialties. Friscot wants to become the specific place in this city, where both children and adults can live joyful and entertaining experiences meant to brighten their days.

How It’s Made?

A very important information on Friscot specific is that about the making of pastries, for whose preparation we try to use as many natural ingredients as possible provided by our own farms and agricultural units. Also, at Friscot you can find the newest Panifcom product – Stefan’s Bread – an incredibly good specialty bread from Iasi, based on a recipe only known by Ștefan. Stefan’s bread tastes like the bakestone bread from our grandparents’ house, created based on a traditional method, with 26 hours fermented yeast and it contains natural ingredients only – water, flour, salt and yeast.
